News was received here Monday of the death in Roanoke Monday morning about two o'clock of Harry L. Coiner.
Mr. Coiner, fifty-four years of age, was a son of J.M. and Catherine Coiner, and was born in Augusta county on Dec. 28, 1885. He formerly lived in the Fisherville neighborhood, but for many years had been in charge of the public relations department of the Norfolk and Western railway. He married Miss Rene Matheney of Staunton who survives him.
Other survivors are two brothers, C.W. and Hugh Coiner, both of Detroit; an uncle, E.M. Coiner, Augusta county; an aunt, Mrs. Emma Coiner, of the county; an aunt, Mrs. C.W. Houseman, Staunton, and a sister, Mrs. R.H. Ashby, of near Swope.
Interment will be in Thornose cemetery here, where the Masonic fraternity, of which Mr. Coiner was a member, will take charge.
