She was born April 24, 1948 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Lemuel Eugene and Lily Catherine (Kelly) Goforth. Mary was a housewife and was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Sarah and brothers, Frank, Carrol and Jerry. Mary is survived by her children, Mary Catherine Daledovich of Ft. Huachuca, Arizona, Kevin Anthony Daledovich of Laveen, Arizona and David Zachary of Arkansas; grandchildren, Mary and Patrick Zachary and Avery Casper Daledovich; brothers, Gene Goforth of Wagoner and Joe Goforth of Beloit, Wisconsin; sisters, Glenda Tracy of Muskogee, Linda Brower of Wagoner and Pauline Sampson of Muskogee. Graveside services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Monday, June 1, 2009 in Elmwood Cemetery.
