Dr. Serri was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann Medical School. He practiced in Mullica Hill, Swedesboro and Camden. Dr. Serri taught radiology at Hahnemann Medical School.
He was a member of the Gloucester County Medical Society and the American Medical Association.
Born in Tyrone, Pa., he lived in Swedesboro before moving to Woodbury about 15 years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannette K.; a son, William S. Jr. of Merchantville; two daughters, Mary Louise Johnson of Rye, N.Y., and Stephanie L. Schultz of Cherry Hill; a brother, Humbert of Coopersburg, Pa.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Davis Funeral Home, 171 Delaware St., Woodbury. Burial will be in Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro.
