She was born in Reading, and a daughter of the late Mrs. Sarah McDonough, who died about a year ago. She would have been 58 years old next Monday. (Her adopted parents were Mr.and Mrs. Frederick Eberth.)
Her adoptive parents took charge of her when she was only an infant, and she resided with them until her marriage. Her husband died several years ago. She attended St. Luke's Lutheran church. She is survived by the following children: Joseph, Elwood, Harry; Edna V., wife of John J. McGovern; Mamie, wife of William Lessig; Helen, wife of Daniel Sheehan; all of this city. One step-sister, Mrs. Mary Ryan, Harrisburg, and four grandchildren also survive, besides the two soldier sons.

Reading Times-Mrs. Kate Denscheilman, widow of Andrew Denscheilman, died of liver trouble, shortly after 4, at her residence, 43 Cedar street. She had been ill for several months. READING, Pa, July 11.-Just as she finished reading a letter from one of her two soldier sons in France saying they expected to arrive home soon, Mrs. Catharine Denscheilman, well-known Reading woman, died today of heart failure. She was 58 (sic) years old and had been in ill health for some time. She was a leading member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.
