CONFEDERATE ROLL OF HONOR - BATTLE OF CHICKAMAUGA, GA.
Enlisted July 19, 1861 at White's Bridge at the age of 26. Wounded December 31, 1862 - Battle of Murfreesboro, TN and wounded again at the Battle of Chickamauga, GA, on September 25, 1863. He was placed on the Confederate Roll of Honor for his actions here, per general order #64.
He was from Horry County the son of Silas Todd.
A member of Camp 410 of the United Confederate Veterans at Mount Pleasant. He was approved for a Southern Cross of Honor in May 1902.
