RUBY DEVER PACK, "Aunt Ruby", 98, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, at Baptist Hospital East.
Mrs. Pack, a native of Hodgenville, Kentucky, was a Charter Member of Flora Heights Christian Church, past member of Kenwood Heights Christian Church, and presently a member of Southeast Christian Church. She also belonged to Bright Star #16. (OES)

She worked at Klotz Confection Company, retired from Frito Lay Company and Kentuckiana Comfort Center, where she worked up until December, 2006.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Pack, her parents, Logan and Bessie Dever, sisters, Thelma and Aline Dever, also nephews, Buster Cunningham, William Hall, Earl Pack, and niece, Jean Barnes.

Mrs. Pack is survived by nieces and nephews, Georgia Riechers of Fremont, CA., Bill Pack & Thelma Whelan of Brandenburg, KY., Martha Bratton of New Salisbury, IN., Raymond Hall, Wilma Atchley, Linda Wood, and Dorothy Larsen of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great nephews, and numerous friends, many she considered her family. Of these, she was cared for by Linda Wood and Wilma Atchley, nieces.

Funeral services will be 1:30 Friday at Southeast Christian Church, 920 Blankenbaker Pkwy. with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 – 8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, and after 11 a.m. Friday at Southeast Christian Church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Wayside Christian Mission.
