My grandmother's brother.His full name was Grover William Skaggs.He served in the United States Army. My dad knows very little about him.Apparently something happen between him and my grandmother and she never spoke of him.

Information provided by another family member:
He married an Indian woman named Viva and they had a son together,James H Skaggs born April 5,1932 in Lookout Ky. James was killed in Korea September 22,1951.
Bill's second wife was Opal Mae Jasper and they had 3 children together: Carol,Robert and Paul.
