A loving mother, Rusty was preceded in death by her mother Beatrice Estelle Talmadge; both fathers: Thomas Fred Anderson and James Worthy; and brother James T. Anderson. She is survived by 4 children: Michael W. Elskes, Danny Reese, Sheila Parr, and Erin Rogers; brother Alford A. Anderson & wife Linda; 7 grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews; as well as many other relatives and friends.
As per Rusty's wishes, her cremated remains were scattered in a private ceremony at 11:30 A.M. on Saturday, April 18th, 2009, at City Park in Texas City, Texas. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
