Services for Columbus H. Switzer, 69, who died Tuesday morning, June 26, 1962, in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Muskogee, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Church of God with Rev. Jim Palmer officiating.He was born January 30, 1893 in Snowball, Searcy County, Arkansas.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery under the direction of the Green Funeral Home. Mr. Switzer came to Wagoner 9 years ago from Cherokee County. Survivors include his wife, Ruby of the home; a son, Dwaine Switzer of Hulbert; one daughter, Mrs. Louise Hathcoat of Hulbert, 10 grandchildren; five brothers and four sisters.
