Ray T. Taber was a retired mechanic from East Texas Motor Freight, member of Heritage Baptist Church and a member of Westwood Masonic Lodge 353.

Survivors are his wife, Hattie; four sons, Kenneth and Robert Taber of Little Rock, Ark., Jimmy Taber of Wichita, Kan., and Billy Taber of Bossier City, La.; five daughters, Mrs. Faye Dodge of Topeka, Kan., Mrs. Pauline Rowland of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Edna Glass, Mrs. Linda Gates and Mrs. Wanda McCammon of Little Rock; six brothers, Marvin, Cecil, Troy, Olien, J. T. and Leroy Taber; two sisters, Mrs. Addie Fickett and Mrs. Betty Baldridge, and 21 grandchildren.

**Yahola, OK., was located east of Highway 64 about 5 miles southeast of Haskell, OK. There are a few residents still around but the town is gone.
