When she was a young girl she was baptized by Rev. D. W. Griffith and became a member of the East Mission Church. Later in years she transferred her membership to the United Methodist Church in Conway.

On December 15, 1912, she was united in marriage to Willis Carl Ernest, at her home in Bedford. To this union, one son, Willis Dean, was born to bless their home and to share their love.

She spent her entire life around and in Bedford. In 1917 they moved to the farm east of Bedford where she has since continued to reside.

She was a kind and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend and she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
