PORT ROYAL - Celena M. Laird, 22, of Pine Meadow Apts., Selingsgrove, and formerly of Port Royal, died Tuesday morning, February 11, 2003, due to an auto accident in Juniata County.
Born September 11, 1980 in Lewistown, PA, she was a daughter of Gisele M. (Willi) Shatto and late James I. Laird.
She was a homemaker and a 1997 graduate of Juniata High School, Mifflintown.
In addition to her mother, she is servived by a daughter, Ivy M Laird; a companion, Chauncey Jones of Selinsgrove, PA; step-fathers, James Shatto of RR 2, Middleburg, PA, and Clark E. Knisely of RR 3, Port Royal, PA; two brothers, William J. Laird and Joshua D. Laird, both of Port Royal, PA; maternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Earl Willi of Mechanicsburg, PA; and paternal grandmother, Carol I> Laird of Mexico, PA.
Funeral services will be Saturday, February 15, 2003, at 11 a.m., from Rex Funeral Home, Port Royal, PA, with Pastor David Beiser, officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Walker Twp., Juniata County. Viewing will be on Friday, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the funeral home.
