Born Dec. 14, 1884 East Mill Creek, to Louis and Annie Maria Groom Fayter. Married to Ernest S. Cook Nov. 11, 1908, Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors; husband, son, Clifton L., both Salt Lake; six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Howard (June) Jones, Alameda, Calif.; Mrs. Irvin (LaVina) Anderson, Mrs. Ruth McDaniel, Mrs. Marvin (Gladys) Healy, all Salt Lake; brother, William Fayter, Santa Rosa, Calif.
Funeral Saturday, 1 p.m. Winder LDS Ward chapel. Friends call Larkin Mortuary Friday 6-8 p.m. Saturday prior. Burial Elysian Gardens.
