MORRILTON - Doris Huffman Henderson Pavatt, age 67, of Morrilton, passed away, Monday, April 27, 2009. She was born August 1, 1941, in Jerusalem, Arkansas; she was the only child of Virgil Ray and Vera Warren Huffman. She worked for many years at Crompton Mills and was retired from Kroger. She was the widow of Robert J. Henderson and James H. Pavatt, and was of the Church of Christ faith. Survivors include one son, Robert Glenn Henderson and wife Pamma of Edgemont; one daughter, Nina Magie and husband James of Morrilton; one step-daughter, Mary Jo (J.C.) Hill of Palestine; four grandchildren, Tasha (Wes) Ward, Jennifer (Joseph) Lyon, Tony (Serena) Henderson, and Benjamin (Brittney) Magie; two stepgranddaughters, Claudia (Aaron) Flowers, and Kelli (Dale) Cleaver, and the true joys of her life, her greatgrandchildren, Jackson, Hallie, Nate, and Violet Jean; five step- greatgrandchildren, Erin, Anthony, Lauren, Cheyenne, and Matthew, and other loving family and friends. The family would like to express special thanks to Dr. Robert Wilkerson and his nurse, Christine, for their extraordinary kindness and care; all of the nurses and staff of Conway Hospice, especially Kelly, Tammy and Carol; Dr. Garry Stewart and the nurses of Conway Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 30, at Robertstown Cemetery with Bro. Carrell Hanna officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 29, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Conway County Center for Exceptional Children.
