Thomas Henry Saputo, age 71, of Mountain Home, passed away April 18, 2009 at Hospice of the Ozarks . Visitation will be from 4 until 7 PM Tuesday April 21 at Roller Funeral Home. A Vigil Service will be held at 7 PM with Reverend Charles Kanu, officiating. Interment will be in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
Mr. Saputo was born July 12, 1937 in Detroit, Michigan to Tommaso and Marie Alita Trottier Saputo. He married Theresa (Tess) Saputo on Aug. 15, 1999 in Addison, Illinois. He was a member of St. Peter The Fisherman Catholic Church and the Elks Club #1714.
Survivors include his wife, Theresa (Tess) Saputo of Mountain Home; 3 sons: Michael Saputo of Rockton, IL, Scott (Karen) Saputo and Steve (Julie) Saputo, both of Napoleon, Ohio; 2 daughters: JoAnna (Anthony) Nunes of West Chicago, IL and Christine Saputo of Corpus Christi, TX; 2 stepdaughters: Pam Leonard and Michelle Shanahan, both of Schaumburg, IL; 5 grandchildren; 6 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Jackie Saputo of Colorado and brother, Ron Saputo.
