Patrick Michael Clegg, 16, died Thursday, April 23, 2009, in St. John's Hospital-Lebanon, from injuries sustained in a baseball accident.

He was a junior at Waynesville High School.

Survivors include his parents, Michael and Mary Clegg, of Waynesville; six siblings, Mary Ganiban, of El Paso, Texas; Aaron Ganiban, of St. Robert; Andrea Eargle and her husband, Whitney, of the state of South Carolina; Julie Cleegg and her companion, Joshua Bates, of Waynesville; Jillian and Allison Clegg, both of Waynesville; paternal grandparents, Lewis and Delores Clegg, of Fairbury, Neb.; maternal grandparents, Francisco and Ampara Campas, of St. Robert; maternal great-grandparents, Anacleto Campas, of Douglas, Ariz. and Julia Ballesteros, of Tucscon, Ariz; his girlfriend, Samantha McDaughy and her parents, Larry and Cindy McDaughy, of Waynesville; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Services for Patrick Michael Clegg will be held at 2 p.m.

Tuesday, April 28, 2009, in the Waynesville High School Gymnasium. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Estates Cemetery, under the direction of Memorial Chapels and Crematory.

Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Waynesville High School Gymnasium.

Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in his memory and left at either the Security Bank of Pulaski County or Memorial Chapels and Crematory
