Mrs. Hamilton completed her earthly journey while a resident of Pleasant Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waxahachie, Texas. A lifelong resident of Caddo, Oklahoma, she was a member of the First Baptist Church. She was an employee of Caddo Schools and the Senior Citizen Center in Caddo. Her and her late husband were farmers and ranchers and operated a small dairy west of Caddo.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Hamilton, her parents Clyde and Eula Honsinger, sister Jackie Balentyne and nephew Ronnie Sanchez.

She is survived by her daughter LaNell and husband Conard Yeats of Waxahachie; her son Dan Hamilton and wife Sonja of Coleman, Oklahoma; sister, Audra Compton of Waxahachie, Texas; Grandchildren DeAnna Atkinson and husband Jimmy, Wes Yeats and wife Jill, JoNell Hutchins and husband Terry, Mark Hamilton and wife Lori, Patricia Marshall and husband Mark, Paul Hamilton and wife Susan, LeAnna Chaffin and husband Kenny, Matthew Hamilton and wife Heather. Twenty three great-grandchildren and twelve great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Caddo First Baptist Church, burial to follow in Gethsemane Cemetery in Caddo. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers, her neighbors will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Family hour will be today from 6-8 p.m. at Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home.

Arrangements are under the direction Dalton-Holmes Funeral Home in Durant.

Life is a voyage that's homeward bound.
