Perry McClenahan, 16, of Lebanon, died Saturday morning, April 18, 2009, in his home near Lebanon.
He was born April 29, 1992, in Raleigh, N.C., to Thomas Clay and Barbara E. Sullins McClenahan.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Perry Ray McClenahan.
He was in his junior year of study at Lebanon High School.
Survivors include his parents, Clay and Barbara McClenahan, of the home; a sister, Kaitlin McClenahan of Lebanon; his maternal grandparents, Wayne and Shirley Sullins of Springfield; his paternal grandparents, Louis and Bobbi Still, of Ozark; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services for Perry McClenahan will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2009, in the Holman-Howe Funeral Home with Rick Morrow officiating.
Burial will be in the Cabool Cemetery, in Cabool, under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
