Irma I. Bachman, age 75, of Bellingham, WA, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, in Seattle. She was born on September 7, 1933 in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, Canada to Jacob and Evelyn (Schiminaur) Lauer.
Irma married Richard Bachman in Bertrand, Nebraska in 1962. She was a much loved mother, grandmother, and friend who in addition to spending time with her family enjoyed gardening, shopping, driving her car, and most of all working.
She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Bachman in 1977, her parents, and brother, Gerald.
Irma will always be remembered in her red sports car, with her matching red jacket. There always seemed to be a smile on her face. She was a wonderful and caring person. Irma will be greatly missed. She had many friends.
