Graveside Services for Onie H. Bell, 87, of Roaring Springs will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday April 13, 2009 at the Roaring Springs Cemetery. Mrs. Bell passed away April 10, 2009 in Lubbock. Arrangements are under the direction of Seigler Funeral Home of Matador.

Onie was born on June 16, 1921 in Roaring Springs, TX to John Wesley HoGland and Georgia Lee Chaney HoGland. She was a lifelong resident of Roaring Springs where she was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Onie married Houston Clayton Bell on July 13, 1940 in Matador. He preceded her in death on April 4, 1986. Mrs. Bell was also preceded in death by 2 Brothers: George and J.W. HoGland.



She is survived by:

1 Son: Dewey Bell of Amarillo, Texas

2 daughters: Wilene Oakley of Amarillo, TX

Cynthia Lancaster of Amarillo, TX

2 Sisters: Ona Bell of Hereford, Texas
Marie Bridges of Ft. Worth/Dallas
10 Grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren

Viewing and Visitation will be held Monday from 9 A.M. until Service Time.
