Cuero Man Dies of Lockjaw
Houston, Tex., April 19.-The death of John Bennett of Cuero occurred at 2:40 o'clock this morning at a private sanitarium from the effects of lockjaw. He was 27 years old. Mr. Bennett stepped on a nail at his home some time ago, from which tetanus resulted.
Joseph married Annie Karm Oct 12 1905 DeWitt Co TX
They had no children.
Joseph was 27y when he died and if he died 1909 and she was born 1894 acc/to the 1900 census she was only 15y when he died. Makes one wonder if she mrd him because if they mrd 1905 she was a very young 11 yrs old. Now this info comes from recorded data but I do question it.
