Vivian Elaine Carpenter (maiden name Williams; first married name Gregg; second married name Carpenter) was born on Thursday 6 March 1919.

She was a daughter of Joseph and Laura (Oliver) Williams.

Vivian married her first husband William George Gregg on Tuesday 23 November 1937. Together the couple had a son Delmar H. Gregg and 3 additional children (names withheld for privacy).

Vivian married her second husband Glenard 'Tuck' Carpenter on Friday 18 November 1977 in Noble County, Ohio.

Vivian passed away on Tuesday 23 February 2010 at her home with her family by her side.
