Jean L. Wilkinson, 85, of Corsicana, passed away Thursday, Oct. 18, 2007, in Huntsville. She was born Sept. 2, 1922, in Blooming Grove to J.R. and Verna Smith Griffin. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Griffin-Roughton Chapel with Floyd Petersen officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. She was preceded in death by husband, James E. Wilkinson in 1989; parents, J.R and Verna Griffin; three brothers, Terry Griffin, Jack S. Griffin and J.R. Griffin Jr.; and two sisters, Zama Corbin and Mavis Manion. She is survived by her daughters, June Smith and husband Joe of Huntsville and Jane Luther and husband Bob of Corsicana; grandson, LIVING; great-granddaughters, LIVING; grandson, LIVING; great-granddaughters, LIVING; and great-grandson, LIVING; and sister, Beth Okun of North Carolina.
