Mr. Skeen was born July 6, 1901, in Fallsburg, Kentucky. He was a retired farmer and builder.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel, of the home; three sons, Rudy of Denver, Colorado, Bill of Oklahoma City and Bob of Miami; a brother Walter, of Miami; and four sisters, Opal Boston of Oklahoma City and Laura LeGate, Toney Koenemann and Barbara Balisdell, all of Miami and a cousin, Clifford Sloan of Wagoner.
