Willard married Janet Marie Fox on April 5, 1947. She preceded him in death Aug. 12, 1994.
He retired from Fisher Body in 1981 as a tool and die maker, where he was known as "Ball Pein Hammer Willie". He was a WWII Army Veteran. Willard loved watching football, playing euchre with his daughters on-line and spending time with his family. Willard dabbled in politics and enjoyed submitting newspaper editorials. He was especially proud of his children, grand children and his three new great grand children.
