Ray married Vera Lorene Warren in 1939 in Conway Co., Arkansas.
Ray and Vera were the parents one daughter,
Doris Jean, b.8/1/1941 d.4/27/2009, Doris married 1.Robert J. Henderson, 2.Jerry Blackshire, 3.James "Jim" Pavatt.
Ray drove the Milk Route from the early 1940s to about 1950, then he and his father John Henry Huffman traded off driving the "Cotton Mill" bus from Jerusalem to Morrilton and back for the Cotton Mill hands.
In the early 1960s, Ray began delivering the Arkansas Democrat newspaper, he continued this until his retirement.
Ray Huffman was my Uncle.
Ray died of Lung Cancer.
