Giles Dalton Vaughn

Rogersville - Giles Dalton Vaughn, 24, died at Lyons Hospital here from injuries suffered in a car accident near Rogersville Saturday night.

Survivors include his parents, the Rev. and Mrs. Wiley Vaughn; one sister, Miss Wilma Jean Vaughn; one brother, PFC Franklin Vaughn, Fort Bliss, Tex.; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Hughes of Rogersville; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Vaughn of Rogersville.

Funeral services will be held at the Free Will Baptist Church at Surgoinsville at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Herman Christian and the Rev. Frank Thompson will officiate. Burial will be at Brown Mountain Cemetery. Joseph Rogers Post, VFW, will have charge of services at the grave.

Pallbearers will be Ed Vaughn, Jim Vaughn, Jim Ford, Reece Bailey, Marvin Burchfield, Bill Henry, Ralph Marshall, and Freeman Johnson.
