She married Alfred Charles Smalley and moved to the Galveston, TX. She and Charles separated and Jean returned to Plainview where she was employed by Gibson's Department Store in Norfolk, NE.
The surviving nephews are John, and Steven, and niece Debbie.
Her ashes are scattered in the mountains of Colorado, overlooking Denver, CO.
