Annie is in Rebecca's 1880 census household and is listed among the surviving children in Rebecca's obituary. Rebecca subsequently married, in 1884, to Isaac S. FRAZIER, who had died or left by 1888. It's not clear who the father was of Rebecca's four children born between NOV 1863 and SEP 1875 (perhaps they were adopted?).
