MInnie was residing with the widowed Rebecca Jane HUGULEY on the 1880 census of Muscogee County. She is listed among the surviving children in Rebecca's obituary. However, Rebecca's husband George S. HUGULEY died in 1862. She subsequently married, in 1884, to Isaac S. FRAZIER, who had died or left by 1888. It's not clear who the father was of Rebecca's four children born between NOV 1863 and SEP 1875 (perhaps they were adopted?).
