Eunice Pixley

Eunice Pixley,daughter of the late Walker Jarrell and Amanda Norman Jarrell was born on November 2, 1922 at Parma and departed this life at her residence in Dexter on February 23, 2009 at the age of 86.

Mrs. Pixley was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Dexter, a home-maker and a resident of Dexter.
She was united in marriage to Bernard Pixley on January 9, 1964 at Bernie. Mr. Pixley survives of the home in Dexter.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Mary Miranda and Linda Summers, both of Dexter, and Janell Walden of Cape Girardeau: by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two sons, Allen Martin and Russell Eugene Martin: by two step-sons, Dale Pixley and Jimmie Pixley: by five brothers, Raymond Jarrell, Iman Jarrell, Wilson Jarrell, Clyde Jarrell and Claude Jarrell: by three sisters, Ora Lee Jarrell, Mary Jarrell and Anna Jarrell.

Friends may call at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 5:00 until 8:00 P. M.; Thursday, February 26, 2009. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A. M., Friday, February 27, 2009 in the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Chapel with Rev. Gary Petty and Rev. Mike Kohlbaker officiating. Interment wil follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Bloomfield.
