She was born on October 5, 1970 in Prince George's County, MD to Norman Bruce Greene (B. 1937) and Mary Irene Davis-Greene-Shue (1945-2019).

Stepdaughter of Patty Ann Jamroga-Krolak-Greene (B. 1953), and James "Bryon" Shue (1954-2012).

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Norman Bruce Greene, Jr. (1967-1967), Ira Ray Greene, Sr. (1968-2007); and her niece, Victoria Irene Wilkes (1995-1995).

She leaves behind her son, Wesley Reed Scott (B. 1990); her life long love of Paul Andrew Scott; her dog, Piper Lynn (2005-2018); her sister, Teresa Lynn Greene-Wilkes (1977-2023); her nieces and nephews, Ira Ray Greene, Jr. (B. 1990), Kayla Marie Greene (B. 1993), Cynthia Christine Wilkes (B. 1998), Amanda Wilkes (B. 2000), and Margaret "Rose" Greene (B. 2003).
