Born to John O. Yabray and his wife Sinia Elizabeth Ewing.

He was married in Whitfield County, Georgia on 19 Jan 1882 to Nancy Augustine "Gussie" Treadwell,daughter of Smith Treadwell Jr. and his second wife,Nancy Ann Elizabeth Mobley Treadwell.

His Death Certificate did not even know his birth date and they also listed his Occupation as a Railroad Engineer.
