Ethel Nora Oswald, died at her home in Smithsburg Thursday morning, aged 79. Born in Cascade, she was the daughter of the late Luke and Mary Harbaugh. She had lived in the Smithsburg vicinity for the past 60 years. She was a member of the Harbaugh Reformed Church.Surviving besides her husband, Lee A. Oswald, are children, Lester A., William E., Smithsburg; Mrs. Marie Scrarretla, Baltimore; brother. Norman Harbaugh, Hagerstown; three grandchildran; and four great- grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Ihe Minnich Funeral Home, Smithsburg, Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Leonard Heffner and Rev. Paul W. Heffner officiating. Burial will be made in the Smithsburg Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Friday from 7 until 3 p.m.
