Herndon of South Bend, Ind., G. A. Herndon of Shannon and Bobby Herndon of Memphis; a sister, Ruby Bridgman of Okolona; two brothers, Henry Tackitt [sic Tackett] of Hartford, Maine, and Herbert Tackitt [sic Tackett] of Okolona, 19 grandchildren, 33 great- grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that any memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Daycare in Memphis.
