ELOF BERGSTRAND
Elof R Bergstrand, salesman for Rothschilds department store here, died early Monday in University hospital. He had been ill for several months of cancer.
Bergs, 51, had been a salesman at the downtown Rothschilds store for seven years.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Hunter funeral home.
Bergstrand was born in New York City, and attended schools there and in Pueblo, Colo. He came here 10 years ago. He was a member of Capitol Hill Baptist church. His home here is at 9 SE 38.
Surviving are his wife, Laura; a son, Rick, of the home address; two daughters, Joann Shuler, 2500 SW 41, and Mrs. Frances Craig, 1317 S Pennsylvania; a brother, B. Richard Bergstrand, 5312 N Miller, and a sister Mrs. Ester Robb, Englewood, Colo.
