Survived by his wife; three sons - Wilburn, John Edward and Freeman Crowson; four daughters - Mrs. Octa Cooper, Mrs. Addie Carlile, Mrs. Elizabeth Green and Mrs. Mary Story; one brother - Will Crowson; three sisters - Mrs. Octa Nugent, Mrs. Netty Thomasson, Mrs. Minnie LaRue.
