Mrs. Azalee Underwood, 60, of Route 1, LaFollette, died Friday morning at U.T. Hospital, Knoxville.
She is survived by her husband, Henry Underwood, LaFollette; three daughters, Mrs. Rosa Mae Shepherd, LaFollette, Mrs. Sharon Disspayne, Gonzales, La., Mrs. Reba Chapman, Salt Village, Ill.; two granddaughters, Sharon Gail Disspayne and Kathy Miller; three grandsons, Johnny, Jimmy, and Joey Chapman; three sisters, Mrs. Dora Carroll, LaFollette, Mrs. Mae Branam and Mrs. Susie Lowe both of Route 1, Duff; one brother, John Douglas of LaFollette; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Walters Chapel by the Rev. Eugene Branam and the Rev. Martin Hoskins. Burial was in Fincastle Cemetery.
Walters Funeral Home, LaFollette, was in charge of arrangements.
