Clara "Peggy" Bryant, 82, of Lottsburg, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2007. She was a member of Oakland United Methodist Church, Farnham. She retired after 28 years with Levis in Warsaw. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Welford Hardwick Bryant, and a devoted friend, William Lewis. She is survived by her daughter, Mattie Bromley and husband, Wendell, of Lottsburg, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were on Sunday, July 22, 2007, at Oakland United Methodist Church, Farnham. Rev. Elizabeth Von Trapp Walker officiated. Pallbearers were Horace Sanders, Gilbert Lewis, Randy Withers, Tommy Lewis, B.J. Walker, Jr., Buck Dodson, John M. Dodson, and James Douglas. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
