PADUCAH, June 1 (Special) - Ira Irl Johnson, 66, long-time Cottle County farmer, died at 12:30 p.m. today at his home in Paducah.

Funeral services have been set for 2 p.m. Monday in the Paducah Church of Christ with Quentin Dunn of Happy and Ode Prescott, minister, officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery under the direction of Norris Funeral Home.

Mr. Johnson, a resident of Cottle County since 1911, was born Nov. 6, 1896, in Fannin County. He was married to Miss Deedy Moffitt July 25, 1915, in Paducah. He was retired and had lived in Paducah for the past five years. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, H.I. of Hale Center, Martin of Albuquerque, N.M., and Waylon of Plainview; three daughters, Mrs. T.J. Yowell of Perrin, Ms. Clayton Ryan of Paducah and Mrs. Charles Wall of Boulder, Colo.; one brother, Tolbert Johnson, of Borger; a sister, Mrs. B.H. Creamer of Childress; 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
