Services Held
Funeral services were held for Alton (Bud) Hollabaugh, 50, of Follett, at the Boze-Mitchell Funeral Chapel in Waxahachie, Friday, Feb 16, at 3:00 p.m., with Dr. C.A. Sutton and Rev. Charles Brewster officiating. He passed away Wednesday night, Feb. 14, in a hospital at Shattuck, Okla., due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born near Midlothian and graduated from Midlothian High School, later living in Maypearl. At the time of his death he was manager of the Faubban Motor Company in Follett. He was married to the former Miss Doris Kirkpatrick of Maypearl in 1943.
Survivors include his wife; one son, Pat A. Hollabaugh of Follett; one daughter, Mary Kaye Hollabaugh of Follett; his father. O.L. Hollabaugh of Dallas; one brother, Lester Hollobaugh of Stamford; and one sister, Mrs. Elmer Hedge of Fort Worth.
Interment was in the Maypearl Cemetery.
