He was the son of Philip and Peggy Rowe Snyder. He lived in the Allen area most of his life and attended Allen schools. He married Athena Ledbetter in June 1999 at Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Snyder worked as a security guard for eight years, some of those years were in Las Vegas. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church and served in the U. S. Army. Survivors include his wife, Athena Snyder, of the home; three children, Dillon Snyder, Sahara Snyder, and Samantha Snyder; his parents, Phillip Snyder, Billings, OK, and Peggy McNabb, Ft. Worth, TX; and two brothers, Michael Snyder, Wichita, KS, and Charlie Snyder, Ft. Worth, TX.
Graveside services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Allen Cemetery.
