CADDO MILLS – Ava Floyd Sullivan, 92, of Caddo Mills died Monday in Greenville. Funeral services are at 2 p.m. today at Rentfrow Funeral Home Chapel of Caddo Mills with Rev. Roger Ratliff officiating. Burial is in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Caddo Mills.

The daughter of Luther and Cora Wallace Jennings, she was born Sept. 10, 1910, in Caddo Mills. On Oct. 14, 1933, she was married to F.M. Sullivan in Oklahoma.

Mrs. Sullivan was homemaker, and she was a Baptist.

Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Sue Sullivan of Austin; grandchildren Michael and Tracy Sullivan, Thomas and Karen Sullivan, and Kimberly and Wesley Shultz; a sister, Modan Smith of Texarkana; nephews L.M. and Margueriete of Greenville and Gene and B.J. Smith of Texarkana; a niece, Sue Hickey of Tyler; six great-grandchildren; six great nephews and 14 great-great-nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Oct. 15, 1990; a son, Col. Farrell J. Sullivan on June 27, 1972; and sisters Ola Martin and Imogene Hickey.
