"Mrs. Tweed, the wife of the late William M. Tweed, died in Paris, yesterday. She has resided abroad for sometime, and has been in feeble health. When her husband died it was thought she could not live long. Her family consisted of eight children, four sons and four daughters. One of the latter has been an invalid from childhood. Two of the married daughters live in New Orleans and one in New York. News of her death was received by her daughter, Mrs. Douglas, in New York."
