Julian was my father. He had 4 children with his first wife Wanda. Fred, Bonnie (Sissy), James & Theresa. Sissy & James had passed away before our father did.
He then had 5 children with my mother Ruth Crisp Starrett (Died in 1984); Harvey, Deborah (me), Tammie, Faye & Juanita. Dad was in Las Vegas with my brother Harvey when he passed away. He was cremated and his ashes were brought to Kagley Cemetery in TN to be scattered on his parents graves.
