Miss Alice Hoy, who has been employed as bookkeeper for the Belding Bros. & Co. Silk Company, 1718 Washington avenue, and resides with her family at 6950 Penrod avenue, has disappeared from her home. She has been an invalid for the last five months and recently suffered from a nervous breakdown. She is 27 years old, weighs about 110 pounds and is 5 feet 6 inches in height.
When Miss Hoy left her home Sunday she wore a green gingham plaid dress and no coat or hat. Her sister, Mrs. G.M. Tieman, has asked the local police and the county authorities to try to locate the missing girl.
