Funeral service for Frank Phelan, 78, Spalding, were held Monday morning at St. Michael's Church. Burial was in the O'Connor Cemetery.
He is survived by his widow, two sons, Jim of Omaha and Father Walter Phelan of Sutherland, one daughter, Mrs. Ralph Pauly of Whittier, California; nine grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. John Noonan of Wolbach; and one brother, Earl of Portland, Oregon.
