Robert A. Clark, Eagle Point, Dies
Chippewa Falls, Wi., Robert A. Clark, 62, of Eagle Point, died at 6:30 this morning at Luther hospital, Eau Claire! after a year's illness.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, from the Hogseth funeral home here, the Rev. Carl Bruhn of the Presbyterian church officiating. Interment will be at Forest Hill cemetery.
The deceased was born at Grenvllle, Canada, on April 19, 1874, and came to Chippewa Falls 17 years later, entering the employ of the Chippewa Lumber and Boom company.
In 1898 he married Miss Mary Kerr and for five years ran what is now the Martini farm in Eagle Point. He later moved to a farm in Lafayette.
Surviving are his widow, two daughters, Mrs. Val Gannon, of Lafayette, Mrs. Felix Normand, of Chippewa Falls, three sons, Angus, of Cornell, Walter, of Chippewa Falls, and Raymond, on the farm, two sisters, Mrs. James Lee, of Stanley, Mrs. Alfred Sweeney, of Eagle Point, two brothers, Ernest of Platteville, and Wm. of Stanley.
