A Graveside service will be held November 29, 2007, at 2 p.m., at Gridley-Biggs Cemetery for Mary "May" E. Bourquin, 82 of Gridley, CA. She passed away Wednesday, November 21, 2007 at her residence of natural causes.
She was born January 12, 1925 in Gridley, CA. She was a homemaker and long time resident of Gridley. She enjoyed family and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Jesse N. Bourquin; two brothers: Ray Phillips and David Phillips; and one great-grandchild, Amber Bourquin.
She is srvived by three sons; Jesse and wife, Ida Bourquin, of Gridley, CA. Patrick and wife, Eileen Bourquin, of Las Vegas, NV. and Dave and wife, Belinda Bourquin, of Marysville, CA.; and one daughter, Ellen Noring of Gridley, CA. She is also survived by one brother, Gerald Jones, of Juneau, AK; and two sisters, Ruth Love, of Petersburg, AK and Tina Devin, of Olivehurst, CA.; 13 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
