Emma was the oldest child of George Andrew and Malinda Jane "Lindy" (Forest) Coiner. When her parents marriage ended in divorce about 1885 Emma chose to live with her father. Family history claims she worked as a Harvey Girl. She married Stephen O Tucker 20 Oct 1905 in Sebastian County, Arkansas. Stephen passed in 1911. She may have had one additional marriage before she met and married the love of her life William Irving Tucker 27 January 1925 In Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She had one child by Stephen Tucker who died before 1910.
